How do I pay? Is it secure?

For payment, we offer EFTPOS facilities in-studio and accept all major debit and credit cards, PayWave and AfterPay. We can also provide invoices for corporate requirements.

What does each portrait session include?

Each of our 30 minute portrait sessions includes a brief introduction where we find out a little bit about yourself whilst walking you through the process for the shoot. During shooting you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the images, and finally, a selection process where you can handpick the image that you like best. We’ll work with you to get a great selection of images to choose from.

What does each passport session include?

Our premium passport photos are designed to get your passport photo approved on the first try, as well as avoiding the risk of a bad passport photo! Our sessions allow you to choose the image you like best and gives you the chance to make sure your hair or clothes are sitting right. We print out 4 copies of your selected image on the day as well as provide soft copies via email.

Do you edit the images, or is that extra?

Standard retouching is included with all images. After you’ve made your selection of 1 or more images, each image is post-processed for colour, lighting and minor touchups to give a professional result. No FaceTune apps involved! You’ll also have an opportunity to review the images and provide feedback for the final delivered images as each image includes one round of feedback.

Are passport photos edited?

Due to passport office requirements for most countries, we do not provide editing services for passport photos. Similarly, all passport photos are shot with a neutral expression and flat, even lighting.

How do I get my images?

Images are supplied as JPEG files in full resolution, 2000 pixels wide and 1000 pixels wide via digital download. The download link never expires, and we never delete images - so if you misplace the files we can resupply them easily.

When will I get my images?

Our standard delivery time frame is within 48 hours starting from receipt of payment. In the majority of cases, images are delivered within 12 hours. So quick!

Where can I use my images?

Feel free to use your headshot across all digital or print mediums. If you require a specific size or file type, please let us know.

What equipment are you using?

We shoot using high-end Canon cameras and lenses, studio-grade lights and colour-calibrated monitors with Capture One studio software. Because we shoot directly onto the computer, you can see your images appear in high resolution instantly. This means no peering at the back of a camera, and making selections is a breeze!

I want to launch my modelling, acting or artistic career. Can you help with more creative headshots?

Yes, absolutely. Whilst our core product is Linkedin style headshots, our experience has allowed us to network and link with some of Australias top Stylists, Hair/Makeup Artists and our studio is kitted for more creative output. Please send us an enquiry to discuss further.
